About PRC

The Portneuf Resource Council (PRC) is an Idaho non-profit corporation organized in Southeast Idaho and operated out of Pocatello.

Our Mission: PRC works to protect and enhance Idaho’s unique way of life by empowering residents to actively facilitate the well-being of their communities. PRC advocates for responsible stewardship of Idaho's water, land, air, and natural resources. PRC’s primary focus is supporting clean water, clean energy, and responsible management of public lands initiatives in Southeast Idaho. 

PRC is a registered 501c3 non-profit organization. Our Employer ID is 85-4008827. Membership fees and donations are tax exempt. Memberships, grants and donations are our principal means of supporting our ongoing efforts. Follow this link to view our notification of tax-exempt status.
